A special thanks to all who supported the draw raising funds for Conor Doyle, 2 years old son of Susan Gibbons Doyle and Liam Doyle, residents of our community and grandson of Paddy Gibbons original from Blessington now living in Brittas. At 3 months old Conor was diagnosed with Biliary Atresia a life threatening liver disease. As a result of this Conor needs a life saving Liver Transplant. With the help of the local community funds for his care have been raised. Well done to Rose & Jim Tyrrell who won first prize in the draw. The BCDA would like to take this opportunity to wish Conor all the best with his treatment.
